As we are all aware, President Ramaphosa has addressed the nation with detailed guidelines on the interventions required to slow the spread of the Coronavirus and its associated condition, Covid-19.
We have taken his advice very seriously and ensure all our clients that we have and will continue to take additional steps to mitigate the risk of the spread, as well as implemented a more aggressive cleaning and hygiene strategy on all our equipment and staff.
Please see below our detailed communication on the matter.

In short, we will continue to offer all services as normal, unless otherwise communicated.
In order for us to continue offering our services in a safe manner, we request the following of our clients:
- No handshakes, no offence. Please accept a hand on the heart as a greeting.
- While we often need to make physical contact with our clients when necessary, we will aim to maintain a safe distance at all times.
- Our staff may wear gloves during sessions where regular contact is required; this is just a precautionary measure.
- Please wash your hands before and after attending a session at our facility.
- Bring your own towel, shorts and hand sanitizer to every session.
- Our staff reserve the right to not provide a service should they not be satisfied with the level of hygiene a client presents with.
- If you are feeling unwell in any way, suspect you (might) have come in contact with an infected individual, or have returned from international travel since 15th Feb, please adhere to the 14 day self-quarantine and contact the Coronavirus Hotline (0800029999) to get tested. Please notify us as such ASAP, and DO NOT attend your planned session. We will be relaxing our 24hr cancellation policy for all self-quarantine cases.
We implore our staff and clients to exercise the following additional interventions during this challenging time:
- Wash hands regularly with soap & water (aim for 20-30 seconds).
- Use hand sanitizer in between hand washes.
- Do not touch your face unnecessarily.
- Practice social distancing (no hand shakes, hugs or kisses) by maintaining a safe distance to others (1.5m).
- Cough/sneeze into your bent elbow or a disposal tissue and discard it immediately after use.
- Practice good basic hygiene, always.
- Do not panic.
- Do not follow/forward fake news.
- If you feel unwell, or suspect you have been exposed to an infected individual, self-quarantine immediately, and contact the dedicated Corona Hotline (0800029999) for assistance.
