Our Biokineticists can help you rehabilitate your sports injury through the science of movement and exercise.
Most sports injuries are caused by overuse during training – you know, going too hard too soon. Even trained athletes can fall victim to overconfidence and push too hard. What follows is the eventual injury.
Bad news: What’s done is done. Good News: It’s not too late; we can help.
Getting a Biokineticist to intervene at the right time makes all the difference.
Following our meticulous methodology, our tried and tested methods can help rehabilitate most sports injuries when intervening at the correct point of recovery. Whether you have been suffering in silence for years or if you’ve just newly acquired a sports injury and want to fast-track your recovery.
Who We Can Help
Everyone who has sustained a sports injury. We help amateurs and pros, kids and adults. After all, even pro athletes were amateurs once.
As with any feat in life, we learn from our mistakes. This is why our injury rehabilitation program places a strong emphasis on education. By empowering you with the information and tools, we can work on a customised plan to help you recover and build a solid foundation to aid injury prevention in future.
Our friendly team is standing by to help you rehabilitate your injury and equip you with the necessary tools to prevent future injuries.
The above injuries can result from various sports, such as Martial Arts, Tennis, Running, Trail Running or Hiking, Swimming, Golf, Boxing, Rugby and Soccer, to name a few. With the correct rehabilitation program, we can help analyse and heal your injury. We also educate you on conditioning techniques, which can help save you from future injuries.
