John Roberts

Biokineticist and Co-Founder

John is a HPCSA registered Biokineticist with special interests in:

  • Post-operative knee rehabilitation
  • Tendon injury rehabilitation
  • Sports injury rehabilitation (particularly running, golf and martial arts)

John is a dedicated individual who always makes a deliberate effort to enrich his knowledge of the latest rehabilitation and training strategies.

Fayaadh Dhansay

Biokineticist and Co-Founder

Fayaadh is a HPCSA registered Biokineticist with special interests in:

  • Sport Conditioning (particularly Tennis and Road/Trail Running).
  • Orthopaedic Rehabilitation (Sports and other injuries)
  • Corporate Wellness

He is a dynamic individual who is dedicated to his profession and has a keen business sense

Fayaadh spends his free time doing what makes him happy. When he's not at work you can find him running on the mountain, flying over it (paragliding), or spending time with friends and family.

Bianca Du Plessis

Biokineticist

Bianca is a HPCSA registered Biokineticist and Certified Pilates instructor with special interests in:

  • Orthopaedic Rehabilitation (Sports and other injuries)
  • Geriatric population with a focus on functional independence and fall prevention
  • Chronic conditions

As a qualified Biokineticist, Bianca is dedicated to the science of movement and its role in long-term health and recovery. For the past five years, she has developed her expertise in a high-performance tennis environment, bridging the gap between clinical precision and physical conditioning.

Coming from a competitive gymnastics background, Bianca has a lifelong appreciation for biomechanics and disciplined movement. When she isn't in the practice, she enjoys quality time with family and friends or exploring the outdoors.
